One of the players from Louisiana that is starting to gain a lot of attention is Belle Chasse HS Safety Quadry Antione. Schools from the Big Ten, Conference USA, SEC, Sunbelt, and Big East have all been in contact with the 5ft 11 210lb Antoine and many more might be on the bandwagon soon .
Antoine has a very impressive offer list so far and looks to see it grow even more soon.
"I have offers from UL, Pitt, Purdue, McNeese State, Western Kentucky, North Texas, Memphis, Florida International, SMU, Southern Mississippi, and Arkansas State. I am also hearing I might get an offer from Mississippi State soon. Right now the camps I know for sure I am going to go to are Mississippi State, Southern Miss, Pitt, Florida International, and UL."
As far as the Cajuns are concerned, Antoine is still open to all the teams that are interested in them.
"I hear from Coach Rebowe all the time. He told me that he was going to come by the school and see me in a few weeks. He told me all about that spring football. I know they are rebuilding and have new coaches but I feel like they are going to have a very good team."
Another thing Antoine is very excited about is starting spring football with his high school team.
"I can't wait. We start Monday. I am still playing Safety, but I play a position called "Money Man". It's kind of a Rover Back. I get to play about 6 to 8 yards off the line of scrimmage and run to the ball and hit people. I love to hit."
As a junior, Antoine recorded 65 tackles, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. He earned All-District and honorable mention All-Metro honors.
