Talented Athlete Visits Cajuns
Two way players are the norm, not the exception at alot of High Schools. One of the best two way athletes in Mississippi is Tylertown HS WR/LB Maquillie Bridges. The 6ft 3 190lb Athlete is a playmaker on both sides of the ball. The Cajun Redzone introduces you to Tylertown LB Maquillie Bridges. Bridges has Four schools that have been in contact that are also on his radar. "I have heard from Southern Miss, Mississippi State, ULL, and Arkansas State. I have been to camp at USM and UL. I want to go to camp at Ole Miss later next month." Bridges has big plans for his future. "I want to be a Pharmacy Major. My education is very important to me. Thats the most important thing. But a school with a good football program is also important. I wanna go to a school that has a good program." Bridges left UL with a very good impression of the Cajuns and wants to see more. "UL is a great school. The campus was very nice. It was just a great atmosphere. The camp was awesome too. I had alot of fun. I learned alot down there. The LB coach came up and asked about me and told me he wanted me to work hard for him. Coach Johnson, my recruiting coach, told me that they were gonna come see me at some of my games this year. They are recruiting me as a Linebacker and thats fine with me. I hope to have an offer and make a decision either during or right after my season."
