The Admirals will kick off their season in a few weeks and Travis is very eager to get back on the field.

"We play Picayune in our first game. Our team is loaded this season. We have alot of experienced players on both sides of the ball. We have experienced some success in the past but this year we have a different mind set. This year we want to win it all."

Travis received his first offer a while back and has since been looking for more.

"I got an offer from Ole Miss a long time ago. I have been to camp at Mississippi State and Louisiana as well. Its good to have that offer but I want more offers. I want one from MSU and UL as well.

Concerning his camp at UL, Travis was pretty impressed with the school and the coaches.

"The send me stuff in the mail everyday. I did really well at their camp. I ran a 4.36 forty and I did really well in all the drills, especially the one on one drills. I really liked the facilities and the coaches at UL. I will probably make some official visits before I decide on anything. After my Senior season, I will decide. I am in no hurry, I want my play on the field to lead to more offers.
