Staff Counting On Transfers to Make Impact

The Cajuns reported a total of 27 athletes signing letter-of-intents on Wednesday, the first day of National Signing Day. Six signees in the class are already enrolled for the spring semester and Coach Hudspeth expects an immediate impact from those athletes on the program.

With 17 seniors completing their eligibility in the program, Coach Hudspeth and his staff were looking for immediate help in the 2012 Class, specifically on the defensive side of the football. Hudspeth expects this group, along with his two highly touted junior college transfers to start or play significant roles in the 2012 season.
