Williams Enjoys Visit to Louisiana
"I like everything about the program," said Williams. "The game atmosphere and tailgating was great. I enjoyed talking to the staff and meeting some of the players; I just like everything about UL from what I've seen at their camp and at the Tulane game."
Was there any indication the staff will offer and at which position?
"My coach sent them video of the first half of my senior season," Williams stated. "I told them that I can play either safety or linebacker and I think my video shows that I can play either position. Right now they are saying athlete, but I'm willing to play either position. They haven't offered, but I think they will offer soon."
With the weekend off, Keiron decided to stay close to home and watch a local college game with Louisiana Tech entertaining Texas A&M.
"I went to the game with some others and that game was just crazy," stated Keiron. "I was pulling for Louisiana Tech, but Texas A&M pulled it out at the end of the game. Louisiana Tech is still interested and we sent some video to them as well. They said they will come out and watch me play next week, so I may take a visit to Ruston soon."
What's next for Williams, will he take other visits?
"Right now I plan on going back to UL for another game," Williams mentioned. "I told Coach Lovings I would come back for another game and I will see what happens with Louisiana Tech. But right now I have no plans to visit any of the other schools that are recruiting me in state.
Williams is awaiting his latest ACT scores and states that he has a 3.1 GPA in his core.
