Bentley Spain a Wanted Man

OT Bentley Spain

One of the top players in the 2014 class checks in from North Carolina at 6'6 and 270-pounds playing the all important offensive tackle position.

Bentley Spain is from Charlotte (NC) Providence High School and has missed the majority of his junior season due to injury. Scout.com caught up with Spain for the latest on recruiting and his return.

"I have only played three quarters this entire season. I had a tibia depression fracture due to hyper extension of my left knee. However, I will be back in two to three weeks if we keep winning. We are in the playoffs and at East Forsyth on Friday. I speak with Coach Elliot from South Carolina, Coach Kapilovic from North Carolina and Coach Hamilton from Stanford the most. I have been surprised by how well some teams have done this year that were not projected in the top ten preseason poll. I was most disappointed by the injury to Marcus Lattimore. I will be visiting Stanford on November 10th and will return to South Carolina."
