Osborne Playing Out Season

Osborne Playing Out Season

As college football coaches continue to contact Sean Osborne, he remains focused on the next playoff game for Dutchtown high.

At 6-5,260-pounds, Dutchtown High defensive end Sean Osborne has gotten lots of attention from opposing high schools offensive coordinators, but college staffs have not stopped watching him as well.

"I'm still getting contacted weekly by ULL, Southern Miss. and Nichols State. Coach Rebowe calls me once a week, just to talk to me and let me know that they are going to look at more film. I've already visited ULL three times, but they haven't offered a official visit yet."

Sean does have one offer on the table now.

"Coach told me that Nichols State has offered me, but I haven't spoke to anyone about the offer. I'm just thinking about the game this week against Westgate High."

Sean Osborne has the build that some college coaches prefer on the outside of the offensive- line. Sean is open to playing on the offensive- line, if he gets the opportunity in college.

"I don't mind playing the offensive-line in college if that is were they want me to play. But no program has offered me at that position."

Sean and several teammates have been invited to play in Max Emsfingers ALL-American Bowl in January.

"Yea, Brendan Wilson, Thomas Jackson and Kevin Saia are all going to play in the bowl as well. It should be fun, all of us playing together in the bowl for one last time."
