In the Ragin’ Cajuns 59-30 road victory at North Texas, ULL wide receiver Jason Chery had 335 all-purpose yards and five touchdowns– in the first half.

Jason Chery was coming off a 318 all-purpose yards in the Cajuns 44-35 win at ULM last week. He gained 92 yards on the two rushes (including an 87-yard TD run), 96 yards on six receptions (including a 74-yard TD catch) and 130 yards on kickoff returns. Chery was named Sun Belt Special Teams Player of The Week for that performance.

This week, Jason Chery followed-up his ULM performance with a 335 all-purpose yards and five touchdowns against North Texas in a 59-30 road victory. He hit pay dirt on a 97-yard kickoff return, an 81-yard run and caught scoring passes of 17, 49 and 57 yards. Chery became the first player in school history with three runs of at least 80 yards in a career.
